We have an excellent staff team at Pens Meadow who are well trained, knowledgeable, experienced and able to deliver the best outcomes for the pupils and students. The Senior Leadership Team work across both sites, leading a multi disciplinary team of teachers, higher level teaching assistants, health staff, teaching assistants, family outreach, housekeeping, catering and administration.

The core staff team is well supported by the therapists and other agencies working with Pens Meadow, offering their expertise to enhance pupil provision and experience.

The effective Governing Body has nine members, all of whom know the school and pupils very well, challenging us to achieve the very best possible for our families.
