All About Me
At Pens Meadow School, we ensure all staff, who work with pupils are aware of their individual needs and know how to support them. Every pupils has a clipboard with pertinent information and advice from external professionals. The front page forms the one page profile, that we call All About Me.
It consists of the most important information about the young person including “DOs” and “DON’Ts”.
On the reverse of AAM document we present outcomes from Education, Health and Care Plans to ensure everyone is aware of them.
On the top of the page you will find some symbols that are explained below.
This document is updated for every pupils on a termly basis, during the week before the half term break.
All About Me documents are shared with parents and can be provided to professionals with parental consent.
